Extra mile customer service

Jodie and Sarah were fantastic. They managed to sort out a storage unit for me straight away and even stayed after they should have shut to help me out. I would have been absolutely stuck if they hadn’t gone the extra mile. It’s rare these days to get that level of service. MASSIVE thank you.

Great Price, friendly staff

The staff are friendly and helpful (Huddersfield). My belonging are very safe and secure with loads of cameras and you can't enter without a person code. The storage rooms are nice and dry so all the stuff are safe from damp and mold ect. I would definitely recommend and the price was great.

We were particularly impressed with Sarah Shaw at the Meanwood Road , Leeds branch . I did e mail a Mr Kris Taylor to pass our praise for Sarah on but we did not get a response .

Great, start to finish.

Great service from start to finish. From signing up to the refund of the deposit at the end. We will certainly recommend and use again if needed. The offer we got initially was great and when we cancelled as we no longer needed it, we were offered a little more time too. very good indeed.

I would highly recommend McCarthy’s facility to store. The unit is exceptional, security and ease of access makes storing easy. I was assisted by Tina who explained the costs and T&C’s in detail, she was professional and charming. Tina showed me the units and walked me through the process stage by stage.

Start to finish exceptional service!

Mc Carthy's moved us into our new home on Friday and I'm writing this review on the following Monday. If you are looking for a great services I would highly recommend McCarthy's. Very easy and friendly quoting process. And the actual removal services was amazing. Very friendly and professional removers.

Top class all round service in every respect.

Would definitely recommend this service & would certainly use again if the need arises. Facilities are first class with good access, staff helpful & friendly plus there are many related items on sale if required. Reminders are sent out when rental period is about due giving the opportunity to extend or cancel.
